Protex-F

Recently, the Workplace Environment Exhibition (Japan version of A+A) was held at Intex Osaka, and Kaneka Corporation was exhibiting.

The exhibit featured their new raw cotton, 'Protex-F,' which uses a new flame retardant.

It is antimony (element symbol Sb) free and environmentally friendly.

It has obtained Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Annex 6 certification.

Protex-F has an LOI (Limited Oxygen Index) of approximately 40, and is said to produce less smoke.

The artificial turf laid out in the exhibition hall was made of GP (Green Planet).

The 'F' in Protex-F stands for Future, so we at our company would also like to try various spinning techniques for the future.
